Wow! First week of classes and it was BUSY! I love all of my 5 classes this semester, including getting involved with events and finally working THE WELCOME DESK!!!!

Before fall semester started, I actually participated in doing the Student Panel Q&A session from Convocation. It was fun answering everyone's questions and actually talking about some personal information about myself. My favorite part was being a part of an amazing group of students on the panel team!

I worked the CampusLink Orientation event and it was fun! I actually learned a lot about our campus's clubs and organizations. I even learned a lot about the clubs and organizations that are offered at the Clifton campus! I got to know other students' preferences on what clubs they all want to be a part of. 

Another event that I worked at was the "Welcome to the Campus" for African-American Students. It was really fun! I loved everyone's vibe and loved the mini-games that the staff had prepared for the students that were in the room. The best part was getting to know everyone a little bit more!

Also, for the very first time, I worked the Welcome Desk!!! I honestly LOVE working there! It reminds me a little bit about my previous job that I did as a host. I enjoyed helping others find their way around the campus and DEFINITELY answering the phone! =)

Well enough about school, let me talk about what I did at home during my first well back! I remodeled my room and it looks AMAZING!!! I am so happy how it turned out! However, lesson learned, DON'T REMODEL YOUR ROOM ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASSES BECAUSE IT WILL TAKE ALL DAY! Also, I am learning Japanese and it is SO MUCH FUN!!! I am determined that I will become fluent in Japanese in order to study abroad there!! =)
