Week 9
This has been a little bit more laid back than last week, but towards the end of this week got BUSY!!!! XD First, I did not do that much ambassador stuff this week. I did not work my welcome desk shift because I had an exam during that time, but thankfully, a couple of Basses were able to help out a lovely fish out and their names were Luis and Kayli! I am very appreciative because lifted a lot of stress from my shoulders so I really appreciate that about them =) We also had our ambassador meeting and I was really happy about seeing everyone reunited again online! Aside from that, I also did a tour and it was a lot of fun like always! I enjoyed walking around campus meeting the families and as well as meeting my fellow Basses, Daniel and Jenah! Now with school, I was a little laid back in the beginning, but it gradually got busy towards the end of the week. Lots of assignments to turn in but on the bright side, I got really good grades on all of my midterms so I am very satisfied with that!
With my personal life, I did not have much free time, but I am happy to say that I was able to attend my younger sister's live senior recital! I am so proud of her because she came a long way to play her Class A (Most difficult level of music) solo on the flute. Her performance was so beautiful and on top of that, her piece was LITERALLY 10 MINUTES LONG!!! She literally played 10 minutes straight!!! Like that is truly amazing and it was all due to her hard work! I am so happy for her and how much she has grown as a musician!!! That is everything for this week. Sorry if it was on the short end. There was not much to talk about, but hopefully, in this upcoming week, there will be more interesting things! =)
