I had a really stressful week in the beginning but it was all worth it in the end! I had 2 exams at the beginning of this week which were my cell bio and o chem exam and I am happy to say that I passed both exams with A's!!! I am amazed at how well I did on them! Not only I scored finally scored an A on a bio exam, but I scored an A on an o chem exam! ORGANIC CHEMISTRY Y'ALL, ONE OF THE HARDEST SUBJECTS FOR SCIENCE MAJORS AND I MANAGED SCORING AN A!!!! I am outstanded with how far I come I have come in this class! Well enough with exams, let's go over the ambassador stuff that I did this week! 

This week's ambassador stuff is quite short. I worked the welcome desk as per usual and there were not a lot of phone calls so it was pretty calm throughout my shift. I also sent out an updated email to my mentees about some additional information that may benefit them! I am happily waiting for their response! Lastly, I did my Friday tour, and honestly ONE OF THE BEST TOURS BY FAR!!! My group was super interactive, engaging, and the best part asked lots of questions! 

Next up are classes, and I am happy with the stress that I had this week because it definitely paid off! I scored A's on 2 exams and they were my harder classes so the stress that I had studying for those 2 exams really did pay off! In my personal life, it has been more on the relaxing end since I do not have much to do this week besides studying for 2 exams and submitting a few assignments throughout the week. 

Even though this week was somewhat crazy and somewhat relaxing, I have amazing news to discuss! I am proud and honored to say that I, Stephanie Garcia, am the Honor Student of the Year for the 2020-2021 academic year!!!! I am honestly surprised and amazed by this and especially I was surprised in person in the Admissions office!! The person that I was super happy to see that was involved with the surprise was my best friend and fellow Bass, Miranda!!! She is truly an amazing and supportive best friend that I can ever have in my life and I am so happy to have her as someone important in my life that keeps me going and be my true self around!! She helps me out in the littlest things, she always got my back, super supportive, and most importantly an amazing best friend!
