Hello week 6 and it has been going pretty well! There has been a few downs, but many ups! There was a reading day this week so I had a nice and productive day! I got a lot of work done and I am proud of myself for staying productive! Aside from that, time for the ambassador duties. This week I had a couple more things to do. For starters, I worked the welcome desk. There wasn't a lot of phone calls, but it was relaxing. I also got in touch with my mentees gicing them lots of advise about midterms and mental health. I still have not gotten a response back from them, but hopefully I will get one soon! Lastly, I facilitated an event Friday night and it was a lot of fun!!! The event was called "Black History Month - Friends or Fiends?" and it was host from one of our fellow Bass Erin Short! The event was a couple of rounds partnered with our fellow friend. My friend/partner was Hariph, who is another of our fellow Bass, and I definitely go to know her a bit more!!! No we didn't win any rounds, but I am really happy that I got to know her a little bit more better! =) 

Now away from ambassador stuff and going into school stuff, I got to do a lot of things this week, but I did not feel stressed because I did a lot of the stuff on my reading day! I felt super well rested and is about to have proper 3 meals a day this week! Also, I had my in-person lab this week and I was super happy to finally to see people again for the first time in weeks! I LOVED working with micropipets and it was super EXCITING!!! And I even got to see my fellow Basses Erin, Miranda, Daniel, and David! I really missed seeing and talking with them. 

Aside from school, I had very productive days this week and I am starting to get my social life back together! I now spend my Fridays with my bestie that's in my Japanese class and we either have fun at her house or have fun while doing school work at her house. I feel super connected with her and I am really happy that I got to meet her in person recently!!! One AMAZING thing that had happened in my personal life is that I AM FINALLY A BIRB PARENT!!! One of my cockeitels finally laid an egg and I am ESTATIC ABOUT FINDING OUT THE NEWS MYSELF!!! =D
